This project involves the construction of two climate-positive multi-family houses in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen. The buildings are designed to consume more carbon dioxide than they produce over their lifespan, achieving a net-zero emissions status. The design incorporates renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic modules and biogas in combined heat and power generation, along with a green retention roof to enhance decarbonization
