In Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, stands the striking Assila Investments Headquarter in the western part of the city. Located near the diplomatic district Al Safarat, the site has direct access to King Khalid Road. This location ensures excellent accessibility for visitors and employees of the Assila Investments Headquarter.

Moreover, the building is divided into two main functions: administration with a Dewaniya and offices, complemented by a spacious underground parking garage. The architecture follows the rectangular shape of the plot and includes two full floors, as well as a mezzanine and basement level. The design takes into account local climatic conditions and traditional construction methods, which is why a central courtyard provides natural ventilation and daylight.

Additionally, the building volume is horizontally divided and shifted, so that the entrance to the Dewaniya on the ground floor is naturally shaded. The offices and meeting rooms on the upper floor offer an open view of the courtyard.

The façades are clad with locally typical sandstone slabs in various shades. Vertical louvers serve as effective sun protection while also structuring the glass façades. The outdoor areas combine stone slabs, desert gardens, and green lawns, harmoniously rounding off the character of the headquarters.
